    Cyber Managing Partner – UK 

    The client is an international consulting firm with over 5,000 employees and a presence in 11 countries in EMEA, US and LATAM, with their HQ in the EU.

    Due to continuous growth and a proven track record in current operating territories, they are now seeking to hire a Cyber Managing Partner – to build their UK “Cyber” service offering/ presence within their current UK operations, with the support of the Global business and Digital Services Platform. This role is essentially a partnership to create a new venture in the UK with the client’s brand and their support, it is key for this role that the successful partner can put a business plan together alongside brining a team across from previous projects/ roles. We are looking to catapult the business forward as soon as possible, ideally having a team in place and the practice running by Q3/4 of 2024.

    The partner role will focus on running the practice and team, initially; cultivating, negotiating, and winning strategic accounts as well as developing new strategic partners to help promote & recommend their growing portfolio of services, as well as developing & delivering bespoke technical Cyber and GRC (InfoSec) focused solutions. The team’s roles will depend on the business plan from the partner.

    The global firm has a background as a specialist consulting firm across the National Infrastructure (“CNI”) sectors covering energy, transport, logistics, defence/government, food, health, finance, communications, retail and manufacturing.

    Job Function:

    • Go-to-market strategy development and execution.
    • Become a trusted advisor with clients.
    • Build/Migrate a consulting team alongside the practice/advisory.
    • Bid and tender response management.
    • Build pipeline and long-term strategic relationships.
    • Innovation and service development.
    • Attract, recruit, lead and retain a team of high performing team of high-calibre consultants as part of the long-term strategy.
    • Developing & delivering bespoke Cyber & InfoSec focused solutions.
    • Contribute to the existing customer base growth.

    Person Requirements:

    • Successful track record of delivering new business & acquiring accounts in a business and Cyber/InfoSec focused consulting environment.
    • Experience within the Cyber Security domains/ industries, ideally with a strong focus on GRC – CISO relationships; InfoSec.
    • Experience of building constructive, value adding relationships with management & delivery teams solutions and emerging technologies in the current climate.
    • Demonstrable ability to execute long term vision and corporate strategy.
    • Ability to influence and liaise with stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on the board/ decision makers.
    • Collaborative attitude to build constructive relation with other UK business and at global level.
    • Proven track record of an existing network and client portfolio.
    • Entrepreneurial approach and hands-on attitude to build and manage a new P/L structure and manage a team of consultants.


    • Salary is flexible DOE (market rates), including variable compensation. In addition, there will be a 2-3yr objective agreement that will determine bonus and/or equity incentives.
